Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned projects as the project/program manager across the full project lifecycle from basis of design through issuance of deliverables.
  • •Own internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management.
  • •Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings and ensure alignment among project stakeholders.
  • •Conduct milestone design reviews (30%, 60%, and 100%) and equipment fabrication reviews.
  • •Support proposal capture and business development, including writing proposals, preparing client presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related degree and 6 years of relevant project management experience (or equivalent).
  • •Project Management experience directly related to power generation projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects and/or programs.
  • •Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Professional Engineering Licensure (PE), plus nuclear project experience.
  • •Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects and effectively work in remote team environments.
