Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership as part of the WoodKSS leadership team, engaging the Technical Directorate MEAC and service-line delivery managers to support technical delivery performance.
  • •Act as a single technical focal point to distil, introduce, and share best practices across Wood Solutions and manage technical support demand across engineering, project controls, supply chain, and risk.
  • •Ensure governance and compliance by tracking technical risks and opportunities, overseeing alignment with corporate policy and WoodKSS/MEAC strategic imperatives, and supporting heads of function with governance monitoring.
  • •Coordinate technical delivery activities including engineering estimates, coordination of lead engineers, project reporting compliance, and project management reviews.
  • •Drive technical innovation, improvement, and learning across service lines, including conducting or organizing deep dives for technical integrity/performance concerns and participating in audits/PEER reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree; management degree is preferred.
  • •Member of a professional institute (Chartered Engineer/Manager).
  • •Minimum 10 years in technical management roles; preferred 10 years in project management across full project lifecycle.
  • •Substantial experience delivering mid to large sized EPC projects, plus experience across onshore and offshore assets.
  • •Demonstrated leadership building and leading technical teams, with strong stakeholder communication and influencing capabilities.
