Job Summary

Join a team in corporate finance and investment banking advisory for (re)insurance clients. You will build three-statement financial models, perform valuation analyses, develop client-ready presentations, conduct industry research, and maintain relationships in a hybrid NYC office setting, supporting buyside/sellside advisory, capital raising, and strategic restructurings.

Key Responsibilities

•Build three-statement financial models and projections, including discounted cash flow analyses.
•Review public and confidential information to identify trends and inform client goals through financial analysis.
•Conduct comparable company, transaction, regression, and discounted cash flow analyses for valuation.
•Assist in crafting investment banking marketing materials and presentations for senior management and board-level client presentations.
•Track industry trends and maintain client relationships while collaborating across the corporate finance group.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•Financial modeling experience is required.
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•Knowledge of accounting and finance concepts, including balance sheet concepts for financial institutions is a plus.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to operate in a cooperative, matrixed setting.
