Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the business unit’s regulatory expert on commercial credit matters including risk ratings, credit evaluation/adjudication, shared national credits, and leveraged lending
  • •Monitor and communicate regulatory expectations and anticipated actions or shifts in tone for the business unit
  • •Partner with Commercial Risk, Credit Review, and Regulatory Relations to develop strategies and drive regulatory reporting conformance
  • •Ensure UW&PM governance routines and processes consistently meet regulatory and enterprise expectations, including regulatory documentation requirements and positive Credit Review/exam results
  • •Lead remediation of escalated findings and manage multiple complex initiatives, acting as go-to counsel at the transaction level

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 213,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •At least 8 years of experience within a regulatory body (e.g., OCC or Federal Reserve Bank) or a regulatory advisory role at a commercial bank
  • •At least 10 years of experience in a regulatory role within the commercial banking industry
  • •Experience across lending products including cash flow lending, real estate lending, or structured products
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills
