Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors.
  • •Prospect and cultivate key relationships to maintain and grow business in your geography.
  • •Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly across the territory.
  • •Support currently marketed products and new product launches with clinical expertise, education, and hands-on training for technical applications.
  • •Handle PHI in paper and electronic form and complete required HIPAA/PHI privacy, compliance, and security training within the first 30 days.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (preferred Science, Nursing, or related healthcare discipline).
  • •Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, ideally within genetics.
  • •Strong background in medical or biological sciences with clinical diagnostics experience preferred.
  • •Deep understanding of OB/GYN and MFM markets with proven success selling into these specialties.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.
