Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions using Einstein AI capabilities. Configure Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and conversation flows to automate business processes. Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and third-party systems. Ensure security, governance, unit/system testing, deployments, and monitor/optimize agent performance in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.
•Configure and implement Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and conversation flows to automate business processes.
•Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations for Agentforce implementations.
•Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and third-party applications.
•Ensure security, governance, compliance, and manage unit/system testing, deployment, documentation, and performance optimization.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.
•Experience working on 2–3 end-to-end Salesforce projects as a developer.
•Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Copilot capabilities.
•Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Triggers, and the Salesforce security model.
