Lead and coach a branch team to deliver outstanding client service while driving growth in small business relationships. Own branch operations, regulatory compliance, security, audit procedures, and timely completion of operational tasks. Execute the Branch Playbook to meet branch goals, manage staffing and schedules, and run disciplined coaching and performance management through sales calls, training tools, and Centers of Influence.

•Build a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and delivering excellent service.
•Grow the business through retention, expansion, and acquisition, leading the branch team to meet activity, behavior, outcome, and individual expectations.
•Lead, develop, and coach the branch team, ensuring understanding of products/services, sales and service processes, and the competitive landscape.
•Manage staffing, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling for direct reports, including coverage across branches as needed.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal control requirements and complete branch operational tasks on time; work Saturdays as directed by management.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•3+ years of experience in a sales capacity with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
•3+ years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts; demonstrated consumer credit knowledge (loan to value, debt to income, credit reports) (required).
•Notary License (preferred).
