Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage financial due diligence professionals on buy-side and sell-side transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups and lenders.
  • •Oversee engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and coordinate with other service lines and international colleagues as needed.
  • •Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers from various industries.
  • •Examine and analyze client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments and net working capital impacts.
  • •Draft reports to socialize findings around quality of earnings, net working capital and business performance for transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Advanced degree preferred
  • •Minimum 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
  • •Industry-recognized professional certification; CPA or related license/certification preferred
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; travel up to 25%
