Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Architecture team representative to assigned engineering teams and drive platform modernization in line with the TSA.
  • •Apply AI tooling and Spec-Driven Development practices to modernize platform components owned by teams.
  • •Pair with engineers and technical leadership to unblock modernization work and transfer architectural patterns into team practice.
  • •Advise on migration approach, sequencing, and risk; advocate for TSA-aligned solutions in technical discussions.
  • •Write and review Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and RFCs, coach authors, and help define repeatable standards for tooling, coding, processes, AI usage, and documentation.

Key Requirements
