Job Summary

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for financial institutions across Visa’s issuers, acquirers, and merchant clients. Own customer lifecycle programs, portfolio strategies, and product enhancements, using commercial intelligence and Visa data assets to drive payment volume, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies. Coordinate multi-functional stakeholders, monitor KPIs, generate actionable insights, and develop scalable frameworks that standardize and enable work across the LAC region while improving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multi-functional implementation projects for financial institutions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery.
•Design and execute customer lifecycle programs, product development initiatives, and process improvements.
•Drive payment volume, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies while ensuring measurable business impact and client satisfaction.
•Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and produce actionable insights through data-driven feedback loops.
•Develop scalable frameworks, methodologies, and processes and support standardization and enablement across the LAC region.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as a Master’s/MBA/JD/MD, or 2+ years with a PhD).
•3+ years of experience leading technical and business teams.
•8+ years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or similar.
•Demonstrated experience in project management and agile methodology frameworks.
•Strong analytical and communication skills, with knowledge of financial/banking product development and product management.
