•Apply state-of-the-art backend development techniques to optimize TikTok Ads end to end, including ad creation/delivery, creative automation, and format optimization.
•Improve Shop Sellers' marketing experience through backend and ad solutions.
•Connect with businesses to understand and develop solutions for jobs-to-be-done.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore next-generation shopping experiences on TikTok.
•Leverage organic shopping behaviors to facilitate retention and deliver value to people and businesses.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
•Solid Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills.
•Solid programming skills, proficient in Python/Golang/Java/C/C++.
•Familiarity with logging and testing frameworks.
•Familiarity with databases (MySQL, Redis etc).
