Senior Floor Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day studio floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery, game integrity, and high operational/appearance standards. Supervise and coordinate floor supervisors during shifts, manage downtime briefings, adjust rotations as needed, and ensure procedures and task completion. Train newcomers, evaluate team performance, support the Floor Supervisor Manager, and log incidents or mistakes while escalating procedure or performance issues to management. Maintain clear handovers to the next shift and act as a role model.
