Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Group Country Manager for Central & Eastern Europe.
  • •Manage diaries and proactively anticipate/resolve diary conflicts.
  • •Support email and diary management and organize travel arrangements, including travel reconciliation.
  • •Support parts of the team’s diaries as needed (e.g., team meetings).
  • •Perform administrative duties and act as a resource for administrative inquiries/problems for the department.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an executive/administrative assistant.
  • •Experience working within an international company.
  • •Experience working alongside senior leadership/executives.
  • •Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and Word.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with confident stakeholder/visitor liaison.
