Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the Sr. Director of Supply Planning, defining priorities, operating models, and transformation strategy.
  • •Drive execution of the strategic roadmap and align business objectives, financial goals, operational plans, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Lead preparation for business reviews (QBRs, operating reviews) and SIOP governance, translating complex topics into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • •Partner across planning, procurement, finance, sales operations, and manufacturing to improve planning effectiveness, inventory optimization, service attainment, and execution discipline.
