Partner across Supply, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, Sales Operations, IT/Digital, and Manufacturing to drive alignment between execution, financial objectives, and long-term transformation in a dynamic, supply-constrained environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the Sr. Director of Supply Planning, defining priorities, operating models, and transformation strategy.
•Drive execution of the strategic roadmap and align business objectives, financial goals, operational plans, and digital transformation initiatives.
•Lead preparation for business reviews (QBRs, operating reviews) and SIOP governance, translating complex topics into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
•Partner across planning, procurement, finance, sales operations, and manufacturing to improve planning effectiveness, inventory optimization, service attainment, and execution discipline.
•Manage business cadence (staff meetings, KPI reviews, action tracking) and identify operational risks and execution barriers with mitigation plans and executive visibility.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, business management, strategy, finance, consulting, or related fields.
•Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations, engineering, finance, analytics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
•Experience supporting senior executives or operating in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Business Operations leadership capacity.
•Ability to simplify complex operational and supply chain topics into executive-ready narratives and decision frameworks.
•Experience leading cross-functional transformation and operational improvement initiatives in large-scale, matrixed global organizations.
