Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead responses to legal tickets from internal teams (Sales, Procurement, HR) and escalate to subject matter experts when needed.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate inbound SaaS, service, and contractor/consulting agreements of various types.
  • •Collaborate with commercial counsel to provide efficient legal support to close sales deals.
  • •Collaborate with employment counsel on compliance policies and documents, and provide day-to-day support to the People team.
  • •Advocate for and implement technology to improve legal operations (automation, AI, CLM and other tools) and monitor legal developments globally for compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,400 - 237,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • •Admitted to practice and in good standing with one or more US state bars.
  • •4-8 years of legal experience across commercial, operational, or general corporate matters.
  • •Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills across inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including technology/cloud and SaaS service agreements.
  • •Regulatory and compliance expertise with strong business judgment across multiple jurisdictions, balancing risk with business goals.
