Key Responsibilities

  • •Concept, design, shoot, edit, and publish original social content across multiple platforms, including still and video formats.
  • •Film original content on-camera and behind-the-scenes video, self-shot or on location, including with featured talent.
  • •Edit video into polished, platform-native content optimized for each channel’s format and audience.
  • •Monitor social and cultural trends daily and pitch timely ideas aligned to the brand.
  • •Use performance data to decide what to create, continue, or retire while maintaining the day-to-day content calendar and engaging the community.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years creating social content, with a portfolio or reel showing original work you filmed and edited.
  • •Hands-on video production and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) and ability to shoot on phone and camera.
  • •Deep fluency in social platforms, formats, and what performs—especially short-form video.
  • •Strong understanding of internet culture and Gen Z audiences to match trends to the brand.
  • •Ability to pull and interpret performance data to guide content decisions and manage multiple posts and deadlines.
