Key Responsibilities

  • •Sign off on best-of-breed CIAM solutions for corporate clients within multidisciplinary, customer-facing project teams.
  • •Help customers get the most out of the CIAM platform through a holistic approach across systems and end users.
  • •Focus on integration and “hardcore” topics such as flows, integration, and complex architecture considerations.
  • •Collaborate with external vendors involved in customer portals and related systems.
  • •Bring UX/UI insights and ensure solutions are security-obsessed and work as advertised for clients and their customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in CIAM (or strong experience in IAM).
  • •Familiarity with networking concepts such as firewalls, TCP/IP, OSI, and WAF.
  • •Knowledge of APIs (XML/JSON/REST/SOAP) and integration concepts such as ESB/CRM/OMS, including use-cases and sequence diagrams.
  • •Working knowledge of containerization (Docker or Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS or others).
  • •Confidence leading discussions with client-side counterparts, including leadership and translating use cases into workable stories.
