Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects and workstreams, breaking work into trackable tasks with clear owners and deliverables.
  • •Build and maintain project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers; drive weekly execution cadences and escalation of blockers.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams on priorities, sequencing, resource needs, and disciplined change tracking to prevent scope creep.
  • •Provide structured governance and reporting (status reports, trackers, milestone updates) to the Chief Transformation Officer and stakeholders; monitor timelines and budgets.
  • •Support operational implementation and transition initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations, ensuring adoption plans and measurable outcomes.
