Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • •Strong program management fundamentals including planning, sequencing, milestone and dependency tracking, and risk management.
  • •Turn partially defined problems into clear plans, priorities, and follow-through with exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action—ask sharp questions, propose solutions, and know when to escalate.
  • •Comfortable with the technical side of the house, including product development lifecycles, integrations, APIs, and data (without needing to code).
