Job Summary

Own deployment, operations, and reliability of the AI-SDLC platform as it moves from local execution to a centralised, hosted enterprise service. Build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability to keep the platform secure, scalable, and available across multiple teams. Automate releases, manage multi-tenancy and cost/resilience, and provide operational/on-call support while meeting enterprise SLAs, security, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability (uptime, performance, incident response).
•Manage infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and operational/on-call support.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for platform releases.
•Drive the shift to a centralised, hosted AI-SDLC service, focusing on scalability, multi-tenancy, cost, and resilience.

Key Requirements

•Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability including incident response, uptime, and performance.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation using GitLab Pipeline, Jenkins, or Harness.
•Deliver infrastructure as code with Terraform and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS.
•Implement observability and monitoring for AI workloads using OpenTelemetry and CloudWatch, including logging/tracing.
•Demonstrate scripting/automation skills in Python and/or Bash and apply security/compliance controls (secrets management, IAM/least privilege, PCI DSS-aligned controls).
