Key Responsibilities

  • •Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability (uptime, performance, incident response).
  • •Manage infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and operational/on-call support.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for platform releases.
  • •Drive the shift to a centralised, hosted AI-SDLC service, focusing on scalability, multi-tenancy, cost, and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Own AI-SDLC deployment, operations, and platform reliability including incident response, uptime, and performance.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation using GitLab Pipeline, Jenkins, or Harness.
  • •Deliver infrastructure as code with Terraform and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • •Implement observability and monitoring for AI workloads using OpenTelemetry and CloudWatch, including logging/tracing.
  • •Demonstrate scripting/automation skills in Python and/or Bash and apply security/compliance controls (secrets management, IAM/least privilege, PCI DSS-aligned controls).
