Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate payroll accounting activities across payroll process leads, senior specialists, and specialists to ensure accurate and timely results
  • •Oversee the preparation, review, and posting of payroll journals, accruals, and reconciliations
  • •Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and statutory reporting requirements
  • •Review and validate reconciliations for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
  • •Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits related to payroll accounting

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • •Minimum of 6–8 years of accounting experience, including 4+ years in payroll accounting
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll accounting processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • •Experience in systems such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or SAP
  • •CPA qualification preferred but not required
