Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily operations for the Sustainability, Community and Inclusion team across ~1/3 time per department or on a rotational basis.
  • •Assist with ESG benchmarking/research, ESG voluntary reporting, and/or Energy Affordability initiatives.
  • •Maintain and upgrade inclusive engagement team webpage and SharePoint site; support employee/community outreach efforts.
  • •Collect and distill post-grant and post-sponsorship data to inform graphs, editorial content, and nonprofit partner relationships.
  • •Support equity projects and corporate campaigns (e.g., United Way) and co-worker fundraising activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 30

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s from an accredited college or university.
  • •Major in Human Resources, Sustainability/Environmental Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Public Policy is preferred.
  • •Cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required.
  • •Aptitude for collecting data points and reasoning to find commonalities and outliers; strong analytical and communication skills.
  • •Experience writing for digital channels and familiarity with web or graphic design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint) preferred.
