Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the performance of major environmental site assessment and remediation programs/projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs.
  • •Act as an escalation point for project issues (resourcing gaps, technical issues, invoice/cash collection challenges, and vendor/subconsultant concerns) and recommend improvements.
  • •Drive forecasting and working-capital performance by monitoring cash flow metrics (Unbilled, Billed AR, and DSO) and workload planning.
  • •Ensure delivery practices align with AECOM Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS), maintaining compliance with pricing guidance and DOA risk approvals.
  • •Share people management responsibilities for approximately 125 staff, coach project managers, support succession planning, and contribute to recruiting and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •15+ years related experience including 8+ years operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management.
  • •Strong knowledge and track record in the environmental/remediation business, including risk-based strategic asset management across multiple state jurisdictions.
  • •Experienced people manager and team builder.
  • •Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence others and work in ambiguous situations.
