Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee trade transaction processing with service providers/teams to ensure SLA delivery and compliance with operating controls.
  • •Perform/check end-to-end DC and SBDC issuance processing, including vetting instructions and actioning amendments/cancellations.
  • •Handle and support FX trade-related payments, ensuring correct accounting entries, value dating, and resolution of breaks.
  • •Ensure SWIFT messages for trade issuances and payments are actioned accurately and complete daily checks/reconciliations.
  • •Monitor suspense & nostro accounts, complete control report reviews, support regulatory reporting/audits, and investigate operational issues with root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5-6 years in Trade Operations.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of DC issuances, SBDC issuances, and FX trade payments.
  • •Good knowledge of internal processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FEMA, where applicable).
  • •People management skills (where applicable) and strong communication with a control mindset.
