Job Summary

Build and iterate on core components of BMC’s data automation and data management platform, taking features from concept to production in a 0–1 environment. Write production-ready backend code (primarily Java and Python) and contribute to frontend development with ReactJS. Collaborate on full-stack architecture, implement data platform capabilities, and deliver integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP while supporting CI/CD, testing, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and iterate on full-stack components of a data automation and data management platform.
•Write production-ready backend code (Java/Python) and support frontend development using ReactJS.
•Collaborate on system design and define full-stack architecture with an emphasis on trade-offs.
•Implement data platform capabilities such as orchestration, lineage, observability, governance, and resilience.
•Build integrations across frontend and backend with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems while supporting CI/CD, testing, and DevOps practices.

Salary: INR 2,130,750 - 3,551,250 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years of Java development experience.
•Experience in a multi-threaded, server-side environment.
•Backend server development experience on Windows and UNIX platforms.
•Experience with relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
•Strong technical and analytical skills with effective communication; team player.
