Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting that translate workforce data into strategic narratives for executives.
  • •Identify and surface proactive, forward-looking workforce insights for the Employee Success Leadership Team.
  • •Partner with the ES COO and Chief People Officer, translating strategic priorities into an analytics agenda with executive-level polish.
  • •Work cross-functionally with HR Business Partners and enterprise consulting teams to prioritize high-impact analyses grounded in real organizational needs.
  • •Guide technical execution for enterprise analyses (data pulls, modeling, visualization) and improve the practice through templates, standards, and AI-driven innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting, including presenting to senior executives or boards.
  • •Proven ability building and delivering board-level or C-suite reporting (e.g., board decks, QBRs, executive briefings).
  • •Strong consulting skills to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple senior stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into an analytics agenda.
  • •Expertise in basic coding (SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau), with accurate synthesis across multiple data sources.
  • •Experience leading advanced analytics projects; advanced analytics, statistical, or machine learning methods are a plus.
