  • •Qualify first-of-a-kind (FOAK) technologies and define new equipment specifications aligned to performance targets.
  • •Debug pre-production issues and resolve roadblocks using in-depth root-cause analysis and statistical data review.
  • •Manage the global supplier base and lead cross-site meetings to align on technical requirements, quality, and operational adjustments.
  • •Partner with internal engineering teams and present technical insights to drive cross-functional alignment.

Key Requirements
