Recruitment Consultant

Own recruitment end-to-end for a mix of roles, from identifying and sourcing candidates through telephone interviews and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to apply recruitment best practices, while championing fair, inclusive hiring and improving the resourcing experience for candidates and teams. Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and HR function and use an Applicant Tracking System (ideally Workday) to manage pipeline and priorities.
