Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet with strategic enterprise customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify customer pain points around AI agent-powered workflows.
  • •Own flagship deals end-to-end, from selecting the right use case through structuring commercial terms and driving deals to close.
  • •Embed with customers as a trusted partner, spending meaningful time onsite and owning delivery outcomes.
  • •Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
  • •Deliver demos and present proposals to technical teams through C-suite executives, feeding field insights back to Research to shape roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably direct enterprise experience.
  • •Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
  • •Commercial instinct for deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles with GTM partners.
  • •Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype, demo, and communicate with engineering teams.
  • •Familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks, plus the ability to creatively map enterprise workflows to AI systems.
