Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Customer Experience integration workstreams for acquired businesses, including Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • •Develop and execute integration plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure operational readiness for successful transitions into Honeywell operating models.
  • •Lead CX change management and business readiness activities supporting Helix/S/4HANA deployments, including stakeholder engagement and readiness reviews.
  • •Prepare CX teams for migration from legacy environments (including CIP300 and BRP900) to future-state S/4 processes and operating models; support cutover planning, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • •Drive process harmonization and adoption of best practices across CX shared services, supporting VOC/Closed Loop initiatives and digital/automation/AI process improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Significant experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, business transformation, ERP deployment, acquisition integration, or related leadership roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programs in a global environment.
  • •Strong understanding of Customer Service and Order-to-Cash customer-facing business processes.
  • •Experience managing complex stakeholder groups, executive communications, risks, and program governance.
