Key Responsibilities

•Show model units to prospective renters, greet prospects, conduct property tours, and lease apartments to qualified applicants.
•Renew leases with current tenants and serve as the point of contact for prospects and residents to address questions and concerns.
•Process applications, review credit screenings and background checks, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
•Assist during lease signings and ensure smooth resident move-ins and transitions for new residents.
•Use on-site property management software (CRM, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, monitor lease expiration schedules, and record leasing activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
•1+ years of experience in Class A high-rise multifamily leasing preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
•Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.
•Familiarity with Yardi & Blue Moon preferred; Canva experience preferred.
