Employee Relations Consultant (Tokyo-based)

Serve as an Employee Relations consultant on Agoda’s Global Employee Relations team in Japan, advising managers and employees on compliance, company policies, and people-management decisions. Support disciplinary actions, terminations, and impartial grievance investigations, while minimizing labor-claim risk through correct documentation. Analyze performance management and misconduct cases to recommend policy and training improvements, partner as an HR Business Partner to a department, and drive process automation across performance management and offboarding.
