Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and coaching, driving engineering best practices, quality standards, and scalable design across the team.
•Design and build secure, compliant backend services and microservices for clinical data platforms and data movement.
•Develop scalable data pipelines and extend data lake architecture for performance, governance, and reliability.
•Ensure system quality via code reviews, performance optimization, testing automation, CI/CD, and observability.
•Integrate components and resolve production issues (e.g., ingestion failures, schema drift, performance bottlenecks) while collaborating cross-functionally to ship features.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
•5+ years of end-to-end software development experience including design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
•Strong backend expertise in Golang and REST API design (Swagger/OpenAPI) focused on reliability, resilience, and observability.
•Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., NATS/Kafka/RabbitMQ), Linux, and containerized microservices (Docker/Kubernetes).
•Strong database design and performance tuning skills (e.g., PostgreSQL/MS SQL) plus familiarity with cloud-native and DevOps practices.
