Bring strong analytical thinking and client-facing financial services experience to deliver safe, high-quality member interactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Review, calibrate, and validate the quality of financial planning guidance generated by the AI Coach chat tool.
•Identify opportunities and implement chatbot intelligence enhancements.
•Recognize risks or inaccuracies in chat outputs and escalate to internal partners (Ops, Product, Compliance).
•Contribute to solutions libraries used across multiple lines of business.
•Determine keywords and phrases to recognize member intents and brainstorm value-added feature applications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of client-facing experience within financial services, ideally advisory.
•Familiarity with financial federal regulatory guidelines and ability to identify potential risks in written communications.
•FINRA Series 65 or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
•Comfort with LLMs and chatbots (preferred).
•Strong analytical skills and exceptional written and oral communication with cross-functional partners.
