Manager IV, Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end hardware production operations for semiconductor photomask cleaning systems, managing the full manufacturing lifecycle from production planning through customer delivery. Lead production across multiple contract manufacturers in Japan, negotiate costs and capacity, coordinate schedules with Sales and customers, and drive recovery plans for delays and quality issues. Partner with R&D, data verification, EHS, and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.
