Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production activities across multiple contract manufacturing partners in Japan, including cost, capacity, and delivery schedule management.
  • •Oversee the complete manufacturing cycle (design through testing and evaluation) and create production plans based on internal and partner capacity.
  • •Forecast component requirements, manage procurement and supplier relationships, and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
  • •Coordinate internal manufacturing processes and cross-functional activities (R&D, data verification, EHS) to support evaluation, verification, inspections, and shipment readiness.
  • •Manage inventory reconciliation and warehouse inbound/outbound operations, resolve schedule deviations with root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives including recovery plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in production management, manufacturing operations, operations management, or supply chain management in industrial equipment or machinery environments.
  • •Strong supplier management and negotiation experience covering cost, delivery, quality, and service.
  • •Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Solid understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
  • •Ability to lead teams and drive organizational performance through effective leadership, with business-level English communication.
