Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the PMO and own governance and accountability processes for scope, schedule, and cost under the program.
  • •Maintain and govern scope compliance via configuration management and Control Account Management (CAM) processes, including mentoring Control Account Managers.
  • •Collaborate on schedule performance management across control accounts and oversee deliverable/CDRL submission performance.
  • •Establish and maintain program cost baseline, support cost performance management and reporting, and collaborate to maintain/enhance cash flow.
  • •Lead PMO communication and collaboration with local and corporate functional managers, and manage proposal/pricing initiatives including change proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 15+ years leading and managing programs, business management, and/or project controls.
  • •Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or willingness to quickly achieve PMP.
  • •Hands-on experience managing and controlling program scope, schedule, and cost for programs of significance.
  • •Business management acumen for fixed price and cost-plus program financials and performance metrics.
  • •Understanding of GAAP, FAR, and CAS; and eligibility for Top Secret clearance (Interim Secret allowable).
