Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and validation of complex analog/mixed-signal circuits for high-speed SerDes applications, ensuring robust implementations and successful post-silicon validation.
•Provide technical direction and mentorship to layout engineers and less experienced designers, fostering collaboration across systems, digital design, and test engineering.
•Communicate design concepts and results clearly through documentation and presentations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Drive delivery under tight schedules in a collaborative environment and contribute to design reviews and technical decision-making.
•Contribute to silicon bring-up and lab debugging, ensuring high-quality results in FinFET CMOS technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 214,452 - 302,753 annually

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
•8+ years of analog/mixed-signal circuit design experience for high-speed SerDes applications.
•Proven expertise in PLL, CDR, CTLE, DFE, ADC, or Transmitter design.
•Strong understanding of PCIe (Gen5/Gen6) and Ethernet (100G/400G/800G).
•Hands-on experience with FinFET CMOS process technologies (7nm or below) and analog design tools (Cadence Virtuoso/ADE, HSPICE).
