Key Responsibilities

•Assist Chef De Cuisine to lead, manage and organize all requirements to the highest standards and in accordance with SOPs.
•Support the culinary team in delivering French cuisine with precision and creativity.
•Maintain exceptional attention to detail, quality, and presentation under pressure.
•Ensure clear communication within the kitchen and with other hotel departments.
•Contribute to guest experiences through consistent, warm, and professional service in a luxury setting.

Key Requirements

•Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
•Strong culinary knowledge in French cuisine.
•Excellent communication in English; additional language is highly regarded.
•Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail and flexibility.
•Reporting directly to the Chef De Cuisine and assisting in leading, managing and organizing all requirements to the highest standards.
