Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new power electronics products from concept to production while meeting safety, quality, reliability, cost, and schedule commitments.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design and develop three-phase 480V UPS, 1MW+ energy storage systems, and/or solid state transformer (SST) products.
  • •Create and maintain functional specifications aligned to customer and product management requirements.
  • •Review data and perform simulations/analyses of analog, logical, and digital circuits, including transient and state machine change analyses.
  • •Support DVT and validation testing in the lab and assist with prototype build, testing, and customer delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of work experience with power electronics (design, review, testing, validation, troubleshooting, or wiring).
  • •Or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least one (1) year of power electronics experience in design/review/testing/validation/troubleshooting/wiring.
  • •Experience with power electronics fundamentals including magnetics design and simulation/analysis/troubleshooting using HIL systems.
  • •Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink/PLECS and PSPICE, plus familiarity with schematic entry and PCB design tools like Altium or Cadence.
