Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, risk rating, and structuring of facilities for assigned corporate relationships.
  • •Review deals and facility structures with CIBG relationship teams and Wholesale Risk Management, and propose business solutions within credit and operational risk policies.
  • •Meet clients and relevant parties as needed to support transaction execution and the Relationship Team’s requirements.
  • •Prepare Credit Proposals for new transactions, annual renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely turnaround without compromising analysis quality.
  • •Independently manage the assigned relationship portfolio by monitoring borrowing patterns and account conduct, providing early warning signals, and recommending actions if risk profiles change.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in credit and/or financial analysis at a similar level in banking or a related field.
  • •Degree in business or economics; a post-graduate diploma or Chartered Accountancy is an asset.
  • •Local market knowledge and sufficient knowledge of the bank’s products and operating systems.
  • •Excellent command of verbal and written English; Arabic language skill is an added advantage.
  • •Familiarity with banking laws, local regulations, and regulatory/operational/compliance and AML requirements.
