Job Summary

Assist the Security Manager in leading Security Supervisors and Officers to deliver safe, reliable security services across depots, MPS, ITPS, and network patrolling. Support security policy and systems for Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram, participate in incident/accident and crisis management, manage daily security operations and performance targets, and liaise with police/courts and security contractors. Conduct inspections and review OCC logs for compliance with KPI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Security Manager and lead Security Supervisors and Security Officers to deliver security services at depots, MPS, ITPS, and network patrolling.
•Support implementation of security policy and plan security systems for Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram.
•Participate in incident/accident management and crisis management, including daily communication and reporting of incidents and irregularities.
•Represent the Security Department with police, public prosecutors, and Dubai Courts; liaise with company solicitors and handle crime case follow-ups.
•Manage and supervise day-to-day security operations, including performance reviews, disciplinary/grievance handling, inspections, and review of daily OCC logs.

Key Requirements

•Degree holder or higher diploma of post-secondary education and/or relevant professional qualifications.
•2 years in Dubai Metro.
•7 years of experience in military/police service/security, including 2 years in a management capacity in a law enforcement agency, security services provider, or transport/service company.
•Thorough understanding of security operations systems and processes (including regulations/civil liability, patrol, access/exit control, fire prevention, emergency response, and security facilities/equipment maintenance).
•Fluent in Arabic and fluent in English.
