  • •Lead and develop an FP&A team overseeing end-to-end forecasting and reporting (Budget, Monthly Pacing & Close, Long-Range Plan) across $1.5B+ in international film revenue.
  • •Translate complex financial data into executive-level insights, explaining results across comparable periods and tracking key KPIs for senior leadership decisions.
  • •Drive strategic decision-making through analytics by leading ad hoc analyses and special projects that support business priorities and unlock growth opportunities.
  • •Own relationships across Distribution Sales and Film Studio executives, providing visibility into performance versus budget targets and proactively addressing evolving needs.
  • •Develop and deliver executive presentations and champion continuous improvement through process enhancements that increase efficiency and financial transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • •7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modeling.
