Lead Quantity Surveyor (QA)

Lead commercial management for construction projects by owning cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control. Prepare accurate cost estimates, develop and track budgets, and implement cost-control measures to prevent overruns. Draft and manage client, subcontractor, and supplier contracts, assess financial risks, and handle variations and claims documentation. Produce regular financial reporting and coordinate with project teams to align financial and contractual objectives, while supporting HSE initiatives.
