Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects with accuracy and completeness.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets by tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • •Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with legal and project requirements.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and report financial risks, including tracking variances and forecasting budget status.
  • •Oversee procurement activities, negotiate contractor/supplier terms, implement cost controls, and support financial reporting and change impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of contract law, contract administration, and negotiation in the construction industry.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess financial risks, manage costs, and produce accurate financial reports.
  • •Familiarity with construction management software and tools for cost estimation and financial tracking.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
