Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans; provide estimate and cost planning through design milestones.
  • •Review and coordinate with design services and the general contractor on cost estimates; reconcile changes and ensure contractor data accuracy.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, change control, contingency management, and commitment tracking.
  • •Prepare funding data presentations and support value engineering; produce monthly cost reports and help finalize final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
