Key Responsibilities

•Handle end-to-end insurance claims processes across multiple lines of business, including property, liability, motor, and health as applicable to portfolio.
•Register and set up new claims in internal systems and verify documentation (policies, endorsements, invoices, medical/expert reports, correspondence).
•Assess coverage in line with policy terms and internal guidelines within granted authority; monitor progress and follow up with insurers and clients.
•Respond to queries from clients and stakeholders regarding claim status and next steps; coordinate with senior colleagues/claims experts as needed.
•Participate in projects to improve and automate claims processes and contribute to transitions of new claim processes to the team.

Key Requirements

•MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
•Ability to analyze cases and processes and identify improvements
•Experience in insurance claims handling or motivation to develop in claims (property, liability, motor or other lines)
