Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle end-to-end insurance claims processes across multiple lines of business, including property, liability, motor, and health as applicable to portfolio.
  • •Register and set up new claims in internal systems and verify documentation (policies, endorsements, invoices, medical/expert reports, correspondence).
  • •Assess coverage in line with policy terms and internal guidelines within granted authority; monitor progress and follow up with insurers and clients.
  • •Respond to queries from clients and stakeholders regarding claim status and next steps; coordinate with senior colleagues/claims experts as needed.
  • •Participate in projects to improve and automate claims processes and contribute to transitions of new claim processes to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • •MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
  • •Ability to analyze cases and processes and identify improvements
  • •Experience in insurance claims handling or motivation to develop in claims (property, liability, motor or other lines)
