Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Document Control Section and IT to define and document detailed business and system requirements.
  • •Analyze use cases, workflows, and metadata structures to ensure system design meets operational and regulatory needs.
  • •Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and requirements matrices to support implementation planning.
  • •Document and track functional and technical requirements, including permissions, user roles, and access controls.
  • •Support test scripts and user acceptance testing (UAT), and help develop reporting templates, training materials, and rollout documentation.
