Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Trench Plant operations for Plastibeton Trench Products, including batching, forming, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  • •Analyze and improve trench production flow, material handling, throughput, and product consistency.
  • •Lead lean/kaizen initiatives and structured problem-solving to reduce waste and improve efficiency, quality, and equipment capability.
  • •Develop and optimize process control automation, including PLC/HMI troubleshooting, and coordinate implementation with suppliers and plant teams.
  • •Lead and manage CAPEX projects (automation upgrades, controls-related projects, equipment improvements, and layout modifications) and support project delivery on schedule and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally with engineered materials, precast, polymer concrete, or trench product production.
  • •Direct experience in process improvement, automation, lean manufacturing, and cost/ROI analysis.
  • •Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP’s, PLCs, and CAD.
  • •Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities; interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams.
