Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience working in compliance, ideally within financial or payments institutions, card schemes, or law/consultancy firms.
  • •At least 5 years advising and solving regulatory challenges for card schemes or other issuing solutions (e.g., debit cards, local schemes).
  • •Experience across multiple compliance areas including fraud/financial crime risks, consumer protection, segregation of funds, and regulatory issuing regimes.
  • •Ability to drive projects from inception to completion and work in the details within the domain.
  • •Engaging communicator who can collaborate across audiences and use data to make decisions; willing to travel occasionally to global offices.
