Senior Finance Manager, Financial & Regulatory Reporting

Own the financial reporting and regulatory reporting cycles for Ripple’s EMEA entities. Lead end-to-end statutory audit coordination, prepare IFRS and local GAAP financial statements (including consolidations), and file accurate regulatory returns to meet deadlines and internal control requirements. Represent regulatory reporting in regulatory change and finance transformation initiatives, partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Product to ensure data quality, and drive process improvements across jurisdictions.
