Venue Box Office staff

Provide fast, courteous customer service at the venue box office, handling incoming phone calls and in-person guest support. Manage cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and complete Will Call/Sales/Coat Check transactions. Operate the Ticketmaster program on a computer for sales and process required paperwork while maintaining strong guest relations and a positive, can-do attitude in a high-volume environment.
